OCD & Anxiety Parent Support Group

Introducing Our Parent Support Group for Childhood OCD & Anxiety

Parenting a child or teen with OCD or an anxiety disorder can be challenging, and at times, feel isolating. Many parents find themselves wondering if others are facing similar challenges or looking for a place where they can openly share their experiences with people who truly understand.

The Anxiety Center of Tampa is excited to offer a free virtual Parent Support Group designed to bring together parents and caregivers of children and adolescents with OCD and anxiety disorders. This group provides a welcoming, supportive space to connect with other families, share experiences, ask questions, and build a sense of community.

Whether your child was recently diagnosed or has been receiving treatment for some time, all parents and caregivers are welcome. There is no expectation to attend every meeting. Families are encouraged to participate in as many or as few sessions as best fit their schedules and needs.

The group will meet virtually on Tuesdays from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM, making it easy to join from the comfort of your own home.

If you are interested in learning more or would like to determine whether the group is a good fit for your family, please email the Anxiety Center of Tampa at info@anxietycentertampa.com.

We look forward to connecting with you!
